The photovoltaic cell (2) is electrically connected to a driving motor (3) of a fan disposed in the inner space, preferably in the vehicle inner space, or to a ventilation system present in the inner space of the property or the mobile device, particularly in the vehicle. Furthermore, the ventilation system can be supplied with electric energy from the photovoltaic cells (2) and also with energy from thermoelectric generators (19).
