PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an existing house distribution management system which promotes the distribution of existing houses by providing merit to purchasers of existing houses and also real estate agents or the like (system providers), and to provide an existing house distribution management device used therefor. SOLUTION : After conclusion of a house purchase contract, a reform contract, and a contract for securing purchase after passage of a fixed period, between a purchaser of an existing house and a real estate agent or the like, the existing house distribution management system uses the existing house distribution management device to manage the reform construction of early required parts before the start of living, the reform construction of parts other than early required parts after the start of living, and a purchase demand after the lapse of the fixed period.
