PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To allow an investor to easily acquire real estate information needed upon a transaction of a real estate fund.SOLUTION : A real estate fund system has : investor side terminals 3a, etc. of the respective investors 170, etc.; a communication line 2 connected with them; and a fund side server 10A installed on a real estate fund composition person 4 side, capable of being connected to the investor side terminals 3a, etc. In the real estate fund system, the investors 170, etc. perform the connection to the fund side server 10A by use of the investor side terminals 3a, etc. to execute a prescribed communication or/and the prescribed transaction related to the real estate fund. In the fund side server 10A, the real estate information comprising prescribed information including present situations is stored in a storage means, with respect to real estate properties 100, 101 of investment targets.
