The user terminal device 1 includes : a user transmitting means 4 for transmitting a search condition of real estate properties and viewing application of properties to the real estate search server 2; a user receiving means 5 for receiving property information and key code from the real estate search server 2; and a key code processing means 6 for writing a contactless IC chip that incorporates the received key code.
