The application of inventions allows for achieving the technical result, namely enhanced speed and reliability of data on real estate processing, extended functional possibilities, enhanced visibility of the achieved results on the real estate items, and the realized possibility of applying multidimensional information on real estate items technically associated with a geographical map. This result is achieved due to the fact that the automated system consists of a computing device and at least one remote device. At that, the remote device inputs the real estate items selection criteria into the automated system and transforms these criteria to the electronic digital signal. The electronic digital signal on real estate items selection criteria is transmitted by the remote device to the computing device. According to the transmitted selection criteria, the computing device addresses to the available electronic digital data on real estate items in the given area. This electronic digital data contains the one on the conditional spatial coordinate assigned to each real estate item in the given area with the use of principle of an indexed tree graph (finite non-oriented connected graph without cycles).
