CONSTITUTION : A control module(110) receives BIM(Building Information Modeling) space information corresponding to a certain real estate, and displays the modeling information corresponding to the received BIM space information. An advertisement module(120) extracts some advertisement information from an advertisement DB(210). The advertisement module displays the extracted advertisement information, and extracts the advertisement information designated as target advertisement information corresponding to the certain real estate.
