PURPOSE : A device for providing real estate information utilizing the BIM spatial information are provided to closely check the configuration such as real figure of real estate in advance and individual space. CONSTITUTION : A control module(110) receives a BIM(Building Information Modeling) space information from real estate information server(200) including a 2D modeling information and 3D modeling information corresponding to the real estate. The control module selectively displays the modeling information among 2D or 3D. Based on a remodeling enabling information, a remodeling module(130) remodels the remodeling information according to a remodeling signal of a user input device.
