PURPOSE : A real estate auction benefit analytical report generating system and a method thereof are provided to supply an auction benefit report to a client, thereby accurately analyzing a right of auction real estate. CONSTITUTION : A database unit(10) stores basic information, detailed information, and dividend information for auction real estate. A right analyzing unit(18) arranges information of a registered holder and a tenant of the auction real estate. The right analyzing unit extracts share of a successful bidder. An earning rate analyzing unit(20) generates an auction earning rate by a report. An auction information/report transceiving controller(24) transmits the generated analysis report to a client computer.
