PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide the property information of a property following conditions requested by a user from a real estate company side to the user.SOLUTION : A property retrieval processing part 26 of a housing information providing system 10 retrieves a user information DB 22 based on user retrieval information including the value of the item of property whose purchase is requested by a user received from a real estate company client 14, and acquires the retrieval result of user registration information, and retrieves a property information DB 23 based on property retrieval information including the value of a prescribed item about property held by itself, and acquires the retrieval result of the property information.
