PURPOSE : A device for processing real estate information is provided to enable a user to more easily obtain real estate information by receiving and processing a message structure including real estate information.CONSTITUTION : A receiving unit receives real estate information included in a message structure, and a decoding unit decodes the real estate information. The message structure includes the followings. A message management container includes message management information, and an event information container includes real estate event information. A location information container includes the location information for the real estate event information.
