PURPOSE : A mediating method using an internet electronic trust system is provided to process a mediating event such as transferring rights of real estate or a vehicle.CONSTITUTION : A mediation request document is stored to a business mediation server(S113). The business mediation server receives a business-related data on verification of tax payment from a banking facility server and stores the data. The business mediation server accesses an internet electronic trust system, and receives and stores an electronic power of attorney of a customer server(S117).
