PURPOSE : A real estate information providing method and system for the same are provided to improve a picture quality of a real estate search service by providing optimized real estate information which coincides with an intention of a user.CONSTITUTION : An input receiver(110) receives query language related to a real estate form a user. An inquiry analyzer(120) determines real estate information type related to the query language by analyzing the received query word. A searcher(140) performs a search processes corresponding to the determined real estate information type. The searcher searches real estate information concides with the received query word.
