According to one aspect, the invention provides a data processing system that includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores information concerning real estate, buyers, sellers and third party service providers. The information includes a buyer profile and at least one searchable buyer request that includes property-related buyer preferences; a seller profile and at least one searchable seller listing that includes information about a property; and a service provider profile and at least one searchable real estate-related service. The processor accesses and provides information in response to one or more queries from one of a buyer, a seller, or a 3rd party service provider.
