PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a presentation paper and leaflet provision system enabling the seller side of a used condominium and a used apartment to enjoy an effective reform proposal, and also enabling the reform trader side to propose an effective reform to a person who wants reform.SOLUTION : From among preregistered properties on sale, a property having a vacant room is extracted by use of a real estate ID. Through a vacant room search screen 400 targeted for sales of business materials, a reform business material is extracted as a vacant room measure which is wanted by the sales side of the property on sale.
