PURPOSE : A method and system for providing real estate land value information are provided to check appropriateness of a posted price about specific address in real time by providing relative rate compared with a housing price, standard price, and a real transaction land price about an individually appraised value of land of a particular lot number.CONSTITUTION : A land price calculator(10) produces each land cost from a housing posted price and a virtual dealing cost of a specific address. A land price comparator and output unit(20) changes the calculated land costs into a discrete declared land value contrast ratio and output land value comparison data. A DB(30) stores and manages real estate information according to each address or each real estate use. A statistic processor(40) collects the outputted land price comparison data.
