PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an asset exchange support device etc. that presents information on whether a user needs to pay a difference of the assessed value of assets or redeem before maturity the balance of a loan corresponding to non-recourse loan, in exchanging an asset such as a real estate to be financed by the non-recource loan.SOLUTION : A user terminal to be operated by a user of an exchange market system who owns a property to be financed by a non-recourse loan is connected to the exchange market system via a communication network. A user who desires to exchange his or her property accesses the exchange market system from the user terminal to retrieve property information that meets his or her requirements in a property information database. As regards the property that meets the requirements of the user, a list of attribute information of the property is output as well as the amount to be paid for the difference of the assessed value of the property to be exchanged, the balance of the loan corresponding to a non-recourse loan required after exchange, and the amount to be paid for necessary for advanced redemption of the loan corresponding to the non-recourse loan or the like are calculated, and output together with a candidate property list.COPYRIGHT : (C)2011, JPO&INPIT
