PURPOSE : A real estate transaction method using augmented reality and system thereof are provided to reduce commission by performing a direct transaction and by realizing a transparent transaction through a real time mediation service between clients and real estate agents.CONSTITUTION : An operator server(100) is provided sale information from a real estate agent mobile apparatus(400) and registers the sale information. The operator server receives location information of a buyer mobile apparatus(300). The operator server transmits sale information corresponding to the location information among the sale information to the buyer mobile apparatus.
