PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system, method and program for management of property information unitarily in order to effectively utilize the property information about houses to be a housing loan target in a financial institution.SOLUTION : A control unit 21 of a property management server 20 imparts a new property management code when a property is not registered about the same property received in a registration application. Then, data registration processing of option information or the like is executed. Further, the control unit 21 specifies an affiliate code, generates a real estate and building serial code by using the property management code and the affiliate code, and provides the real estate and building serial code to a client terminal 10 of the affiliate. A financial institution server 40 which acquires the real estate and building serial code from a client terminal 30 of a purchase applicant transmits evaluation information to the property management server 20 by using the real estate and building serial code.
