PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate agent business support system capable of viewing real estate property information and performing a preliminary inspection of a real estate property without seeing a person in charge at a real estate agent face to face.SOLUTION : The real estate agent business support system 1 includes a property retrieval terminal 30 and a management server 10 for real estate property information management that is connected to the property retrieval terminal 30. The management server 10 performs functions of : storing in a storage device preliminary inspection reservation information received from a portable telephone 40 with a camera function that has read through an operation by a user, a two-dimensional bar code in property detail information displayed on the property retrieval terminal 30 and has accessed by being associated with an email address of the user' s portable telephone; and monitoring the preliminary inspection reservation information stored in the storage device 12, and transmitting email immediately before reserved preliminary inspection to a portable telephone 40 of a user having reserved for preliminary inspection reaching a predetermined time before a reserved time and a date of preliminary inspection.COPYRIGHT : (C)2011, JPO&INPIT
