The invention concerns a procedure for computer-assisted operational planning within the range of the technical customer service. Task of the invention can it be attained as efficient an employment of the customer service coworkers as possible. This task solves the invention by the following process steps : - Producing working position data records (4) in a data base (1), whereby each working position data record (4) data of description of work and qualification characteristic data (7) covered, - Producing coworker data records (3) in the data base, whereby each coworker data record (3) coworker data of a customer service coworker and the customer service coworker assigned qualification characteristic data (7) covered, - Producing and memory orders for customer service describing order date sets (5), whereby each order date set (5) geographical real estate property data (6) and at least one working position data record (4) to be assigned, - Assigning the orders for customer service to customer service coworkers on the basis of the order (5), working position (4) and coworker data records (3), in the way that a) the qualification characteristic data (7) in the order date sets (of 5) of contained working position data records (4) with that the respective customer service coworker assigned qualification characteristic data (7) agree and b) the trip distance in accordance with condition in the order date sets (5) contained geographical real estate property data (6), which can be put back from the respective customer service coworker to the completion of the orders for customer service with a motor vehicle, is as small as possible.
