PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system for evaluating REIT value having a program for calculating a capital increase value so that an investor of REIT before acquiring a specific real estate and another investor after capital increase through third party allocation in REIT after acquiring a specific real estate should be impartially handled.SOLUTION : The system for evaluating the value of REIT when acquiring a specific real estate newly includes : a means for storing data indicating a real estate value regarding a specific real estate and data indicating the value of the REIT in acquiring the specific real estate; a program for calculating the value data of the REIT before acquiring the specific real estate and the value data of the REIT after acquiring the specific real estate; and a program for calculating an optical capital increase value in which the REIT should increase the capital through third party allocation, after acquiring the specific real estate based on the value data of the REIT after acquiring the specific real estate.COPYRIGHT : (C)2012, JPO&INPIT
