PURPOSE : A method for analyzing a real estate position to investigate confirmation or permission requisite is provided to predict a position situation about permission of a specific target place and related necessary items in advance, thereby providing permission items about a business and preceding prediction information to a user. CONSTITUTION : Necessary information is collected about a selected major examination item(S130). Analysis and prediction of present conditions by a major examination item about a target place are performed based on the collected necessary information(S140). A position examination result according to the prediction and analysis is provided to the user terminal(S150).
