PURPOSE : A method and system for managing a project financing account are provided to embody a fund withdrawal in a PF(Project Financing) process and fund execution approval by performing electronic settlement by a plurality of decision makers. CONSTITUTION : Approval request information for withdrawing real estate PF and executing the funds is received(S102). A cover page and a workflow documented evidence are scanned and an approval application form is generated(S104, S106). Approval information of a top decision maker about the approved application is stored(S110). Approval information of external decision maker about the approval of the top decision maker is stored(S134).
