PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To judge a value of a real estate substantially from information of a peripheral environment of the real estate.SOLUTION : A submitter submits information on a non-appealed object such as a station and a park of a peripheral environment of a real estate as an appealed object to a submission part 12. The submitter may also submit information on the appealed object. These submissions are associated with the appealed object and the non-appealed object and stored. A word of mouth report generation part 14 extracts the non-appealed object on the basis of a location information of the real estate to automatically generate a word of mouth report. The word of mouth report is a material to allow users to judge a substantial value of the real estate including a peripheral environment thereof. Customers expecting to purchase or rent the real estate refer to the word of mouth report as reference.
