PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a house information management system capable of providing various information which acts as criteria for judging whether or not a house has superior quality to a user by integral management.SOLUTION : A history information management DB system 12 stores construction, real estate and management information. The construction information includes building information at the time of new construction and renovation history information such as large scale repair and remodeling. The real estate information includes rental rates which act as information at the time of leases and rental guarantee obligation company information. The management information includes management company information, information of trouble of appointments in occupancy spaces held by call centers and inspection record information held by security companies.
