PURPOSE : An apartment system with matrix-building and living-box is provided to improve communication between neighbors and reduce time and expenses that is spent for residence movement.CONSTITUTION : An apartment system with matrix-building and living-box is composed as follows. Living boxes as movables are settled in a matrix building as real estate. The matrix building includes household unit private utilities of ordinary apartment, all common utilities except the private utility, facilities, structures, common user spaces, and living box holders. The living box as the movables is installed the household unit private utilities such as a toilet, a kitchen, and a cooling and heating device and facilities.
