PURPOSE : A real estate mortgage bond transaction system using the Internet and a method thereof are provided to issue a real estate as a bond and trade the bond through the Internet, thereby enabling a real estate owner to easily convert the real estate to a movable asset.CONSTITUTION : An issuer terminal(10) inputs member information, relevant real estate information, and bond condition information. A seller terminal(20) inputs member information, bond searching information, and bond selling information. A buyer terminal(30) inputs member information, bond searching information, and bond buying information. A real estate bond transaction server(100) inputs the member information from the issuer terminal, the seller terminal, and the buyer terminal.
