CONSTITUTION : A real estate which exists in a predetermined distance to a straight direction form an indication direction of a mobile terminal is recognized(230). At least one real estate among the recognized real estate is selected(240). The real estate related information of the selected real estate is provided from a service which provides the real estate related information. Based on the location information and the indication direction information of the mobile terminal, the real estate which exists in predetermined distance for indication direction to the straight direction of the mobile terminal is recognized.
