The device includes program instructions storable in memory and executable by the processor to associate real property map grid data, having page and section identifiers with property data for the real property; record an assignment of a section associated with the map grid data to a listing agent; and record at least one indicator, having a number of levels representing a party' s interest in a transaction involving real property in the section.
