PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate brokerage system which is easy to use and beneficial for customers who are looking for desired real estate properties as well as capable of reducing tasks and improving efficiency in real estate brokerage operations.SOLUTION : In the system, a contractor terminal to be used by contracting parties to real estate commission contracts and a viewer terminal 3 to be used by those who are looking for real estate properties are communicatively connected via a network 6 to a real estate brokerage server 1 which manages real estate information.
