PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve the problem that transactions of real estate are not smoothly performed at a site. SOLUTION : The commodity transaction apparatus 100 is provided with : a bid processing part 102 for accepting bids for a commodity by an auction form; an immediate successful bid processing part 106 for forcibly ending a bid period which is previously set in the commodity and performing successful bid processing when a bid of an amount permitting an immediate successful bid without waiting the end of the bid period is offered; and an immediate successful bid stop part 112 for temporarily stopping the immediate successful bid processing. Since the immediate successful bid processing can be temporarily stopped, a degree of freedom in a transaction form can be improved and an auction type transaction site suitable for each commodity can be provided.
