PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate evaluation system which quickly and accurately evaluates real estates on the basis of land assessments. SOLUTION : The real estate evaluation system includes a map database DB1 storing map data relating to a land in predetermined areas (similarly situated areas), and a land assessment database DB2 storing land position data of the similarly situated areas and land assessment data of lands in the similarly situated areas. When a land is input from an input means 1, the input land is retrieved from the databases DB1 and DB2 by a retrieval means 4, and estimated land assessment data is calculated by an operation means 5 on the basis of the land assessment data. It is determined whether the estimated land assessment data is proper or not. The estimated land assessment data is corrected on the basis of land assessment data in a plurality of positions in the same area.
