PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve the problems that an alarm which reacts to the absence of motion for a fixed time is required for notifying an emergency state where the aged or the weakened who has to die alone falls down, it is necessary to produce such an alarm inexpensively and install it in every relevant house, disability in discovering dying alone results in phenomena that the body becomes a mummy, the room where the person died is infested with maggots and the smell of the dead body is deposited there, value of real estate may be extremely reduced as a result, and a serious loss for a bereaved family or the owner of the room may occur.SOLUTION : For an alarm reacting to the absence of motion, pressure is applied to bellows 5, air in the bellows 5 is exhausted at a stroke from a valve 4, and external air is taken in from a pinhole 3 slightly every time, thereby enabling delayed switching. Such an alarm is integrated into an activity style according which a living person with no abnormality may act.
