PURPOSE : A system for transmitting and registering real estate for sale, and a method thereof are provided to obtain information about a buyer who registers real estate of a seller as interesting real estate and accommodation agencies which is registered with real estate of a seller.CONSTITUTION : A joint relay server(101) manages real estate information registered in an accommodation agency. A normal transaction server(102) copies information about real estate registered in the joint relay server and a transaction information server. The normal transaction server registers the information copied. The joint relay server sets a condition of an accommodation agency about real estate which a general personal member registers and registers real estate.
