PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To calculate a parameter about risk evaluation of real estate non-recourse loan. SOLUTION : This loan risk evaluation parameter calculation device is provided with information storing parts 120 and 160 for storing various information, a rent/rate of vacancy calculation function 11 for calculating rent and a rate of vacancy on the basis of a rent trend or the like stored in the information storing part, an applied rent determination function 12 and an applied rate of vacancy determination function 13 for respectively determining an applied rent and an applied rate of vacancy which are applied to calculate a parameter about risk evaluation on the basis of a tenant form of a target object related to real estate non-recourse loan stored in the information storing parts, a cash flow generation function 9 for using the applied rent and the applied rate of vacancy to generate cash flow, a test function 2 for using the cash flow to perform various tests and calculating a loss amount during default occurrence, and a parameter calculation function 3 for calculating a parameter on the basis of the cash flow and the loss amount.
