The method for determining an online bidding price according to the present invention comprises the steps of : allowing a main server to input article information that contains article characteristics at a certain time prior to the start of a real estate auction, which is received from a court auction server; allowing said main server to input recruitment conditions of a recruiter; allowing said main server to input investment conditions of an investor; and allowing said main server to calculate an online bidding price by applying weighted inputted article information, recruitment conditions, and investment conditions.
