The invention provides a means for the buyers and sellers of real estate properties to exchange feedback via the internet. The Buyer provides feedback in the form of a rating system on a property they are viewing using our technology. The information is then sent securely to the Seller or Seller' s agent. The system also allows for a Buyer to provide a price bid. Thus, the system allows to "Rate" and "Bid" a property. The system works for homes on any website such as the "Multiple Listing Services" (MLS. ca); "For Sale By Owner" (FSBO) or other intermediaries of real estate listing websites. This is achieved by our technology that aggregates content from our current site (www. homes-for-sale- ottawa. com) and the Listing site into one view for the buyer. The buyer is then able to click on-screen and send the information to the listing agent. Real estate agents will pay for the use of our service. The service is of no charge to the Buyer.
