The apparatus and the method of the present invention involve easily extracting a reference point for real estate, which serves as a reference for geomantic determination, matching the airt of an object which belongs to the real estate with an electronic compass based on the reference point to enable accurate geomantic determination based on geomantic theory. The apparatus and method of the present invention may be easily used by ordinary persons who may be unfamiliar with geomancy in their daily lives.
