PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To achieve occupancy promotion and trouble prevention after occupancy by providing information such as a noise, vibration, air-permeability and odor which an occupant does not know unless he or she actually lives day and night in a real estate market for rental housing.SOLUTION : A system provider opens a home page for real estate evaluation input for rental housing on a WWW server connected to the Internet, sends out a plurality of questionnaires concerning "comfortability of living" to occupants under current occupancy over phones, integrates the results into a database, and provides the information to general consumers who examine occupancy in the property.
