PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an after-sale service management system for real estate property, for efficiently performing retrieval, and displaying a retrieval result thereof. SOLUTION : This after-sale service management system has : a real estate information database having a property information storage means, a tenant information storage means, a dealer information storage means storing dealer information related to a real estate management company, a building/construction company, or the other real estate related dealer, and an after-sale service information storage means storing information related to after-sale service for work or the like about the real estate property; a retrieval request reception means receiving a retrieval request from a user terminal; a retrieval means retrieving data; and a retrieval result transmission means. A retrieval method optimum according to a retrieval term is applied, and the display by a composite index is performed in grid-like display of a retrieval result data aggregate.
