Disclosed is a method of processing and presenting information relevant to a real estate transaction. The steps of the method include entering information into a computer system that indicates the identity of a real estate agent and/or real estate agency with an interest in selling a property and storing this information in the computer system as electronic agent data. Information about the features of the property is also entered into the system along with associated property identity data. Data is entered into the system recording what people who have viewed the property estimate its market value to be. This data is used to generate a report representative of market value. The system also generates a report of the estimated sales value of the property based on a comparison of the property feature data with feature data stored for other properties in the system. The system has means to enable data recorded for the property to be viewed and edited on-screen by agent, vendor and/or agency.
