PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a processing method for real estate registration information for supporting a user so that confirmation omission of a registration item for which attention should be called to the user is prevented.SOLUTION : A real estate information file for recording information on a title section, a section A, a second B and, when applicable, information on each of the sections in a common warranty catalog for each real estate is stored in a storage device on the basis of public real estate registration information acquired from an information processor of a registration information provider via a communication line. The real estate information file of designated real estate and a file for storing a plurality of character strings to identify the registration item for calling attention to the user are read out and any one character string of the plurality of character strings included in the real estate information file is retrieved. Whether or not the registration item including the character string is a deleted registration item and/or an invalidated registration item is identified. The public real estate registration information is corrected so that coloring for identifying from other registration items or other intensified display is performed for the registration items other than the deleted or invalidated registration items, and the corrected real estate registration information is outputted.COPYRIGHT : (C)2013, JPO&INPIT
