PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To efficiently display a route guide and parking locations in patrol checking of real estates, and create a report so as to improve work efficiency in patrol and management operations for checking the real estates.SOLUTION : Real estates to be patrolled and managed are divided into groups and an office server 27 generates a list of real estates and location information. The list of real estates grouped and the location information are transferred to a vehicle-mounted personal computer 45 before a staff in charge departs for patrol checking. A car navigation device 62 provides a guide, displaying a route and parking locations on its screen. When visiting a real estate to be checked, the staff inputs specific check results in a check table developed by a display part of the vehicle-mounted personal computer 45. After completing the one cycle of patrol checking, the staff uploads the results to an external server 82 via the office server 27, so that a client can access to them by a client terminal 83 as necessary.COPYRIGHT : (C)2013, JPO&INPIT
