The present invention relates to a trust simulation system for urban renewal and market revitalization, and specifically, the invention comprises : a user terminal system which accesses an Internet network, and transmits information of a trust target information test file to an authentication server through a web service description language (WDSL) provided by a market revitalization trust server; a market revitalization trust system which performs a conformity assessment for a trust target by extracting the information of the target trust information test file, and presents infrastructures and information on business sectors according to the assessed results; and a third server which provides, to the market revitalization trust system, additional information that includes information on laws, real estate, and architectural design of target regions for market revitalization.
