PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate information system capable of selecting acquired real estate on the basis of comprehensive information by determining the real estate from an economical view point and a legal view point and further assuming the present life environment and the subsequently environmental change.SOLUTION : When real estate retrieval information input from an input device 22 of a terminal apparatus 2 is transmitted to a server 1, the real estate retrieval information is received in the server 1. At least one of real estate information 4, real estate map information, life environment map information 9 and planning map information 5 which are corresponding to the real estate retrieval information and are stored in a storage device 13 is extracted by retrieval software 6 on the basis of the real estate retrieval information, and these pieces of information are transmitted as they are or after being processed by map processing software 8 to the terminal apparatus 2. At least one map information of the real estate information 4, the real estate map information, the life environment map information 9 and the planning map information 5 can be displayed on a display device 23 of the terminal apparatus 2 receiving these pieces of information.
