PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an acceptance/refusal determination system for real estate loans which performs, in particular, detailed analysis of realtors. SOLUTION : The system is configured to determine acceptance/refusal of a real state loan by performing realtor factor setting processing for setting relevant factors, first storage processing for storing risk rates for the realtor factors, and second storage processing for storing the numbers of points for factors other than the realtor factors, on the basis of realtor information and performing risk point calculation processing, estimated default rate calculation processing, loss rate calculation processing, and appropriate rate calculation processing in order on the basis of the realtor factors, risk rates stored by the first storage processing, factors other than the realtor factors, and points stored by the second storage processing.
