PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real-estate evaluation support system that enables a user to smoothly evaluate multiple evaluation elements.SOLUTION : A real-estate evaluation support system 1 supports an evaluation of a real estate through evaluations of multiple evaluation elements owned by the real estate. The real-estate evaluation support system 1 stores both evaluation element specification information for specifying an evaluation element and position specification information for specifying a position where a user should be existent for evaluating the evaluation element, in association with each other.
