Preferred systems can match requirements and availabilities based upon multiple factors, including deal terms, type of real estate, and timing, and can use fuzzy logic. Preferred systems can also include automatically notifying relevant brokers upon entry of a new availability of requirement listing. and can make matching recommendations.
