PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To achieve a communication line contract in consideration of even the detail of a contract plan which is suitable for real estate property or move destination property in the case of making a communication line contract with a line operator at the same time as a real estate rental contract or move contract.SOLUTION : When a reception part 240 receives "customer information" including the name, new address and new residence property name of a customer as a real estate rental contract scheduled person transmitted from a real estate company side terminal device, this "customer information" is temporarily stored in a reception buffer 250. A reading part 260 reads partial information in a set of line contract information having the residence property name corresponding to a new resistance property from a line contract information registration part 270 by referring to the temporarily stored "customer information", and a transmission part 245 transmits the read information to the real estate company side terminal device.
