A risk assessment system and method for assessing or quantifying risk in real estate finance and investment, involving (a) determining a financial indicator of a real estate investment based on a first set of input data associated with the real estate investment; (b) determining an adjustment value of the real estate investment based on a second set of input data, comprising risk data associated with the real estate investment, and by applying a statistical model; and (c) adjusting the determined financial indicator as a function of the adjustment value, thereby generating at least one risk adjusted value of the real estate investment. In this manner, an integrated system for analyzing financial valuation of real estate investments is provided, with risk analysis modeling.
